Tech Support Tips:
- No Cameras on DVR screen but DVR appears to be on? Try restarting the DVR and the Camera Power Supply Box. Make sure the camera power supply is working. Usually there are lights on it. Check the plugs and make sure all connections are tight.
- Remote Access stopped working? Try restarting the DVR and your Internet router. If you or your provider did a factory reset on your router, had it replaced or changed Internet providers, then you will need our support to assist you to get the router settings back.
